Writing is a habit that I think you should try.
If you are struggling with something, a personal problem, an office task, a brand decision you have to make for yourself etc.,
I suggest you take a piece of paper and pen, write for an hour. (If you are doing it for the first time).
I know it seems long. But put your trust in me, and just sit down.🪑
Write down the problem/problems you’re facing, in as much detail as possible, fill out pages and pages with your thoughts. You will be able to see the situation you’re in, more clearly. Like a LOT clearly.
It will do wonders for your mental health. 🧠
It helped me with some messed up events I faced in the past couple of months. While also helping me to solve day-to-day difficulties.
I've been constantly writing my thoughts down in my small personal journal and hiding it under my bed (so that nobody reads it). And these days all it takes is just 10 mins for me to explain what I’m thinking, write it down and make my mind clearer about the event or the day. 📒
And I want you to try it.
Cause if you don’t, you might be forever stuck with some unwanted memories you have a problem with, decisions you are postponing to make, and situations that you are still running through your head.😵💫
But if you DO write everything down, and I mean EVERYTHING, just once at least, and see what you’ve written, you will be able to figure out what’s stopping you from making that decision, or why something is bothering you, or what you need to change to make your life better. 🤯
